Binary tilt sensor (BTILT) v2
Features
BTILT-s

Binary tilt sensor detects tilt on left or right side. It also detects no No Tilt position. This is very useful when a Smart robot truck is toppled down and needs to begin efforts to restore on its own, or specifically when one needs to determine the angle of the crane liftarm.
BTILT shows reading of 50% when there is no tilt. For tilts higher than +50 degree (right side of vertical) it shows reading of 100% and for -50 degree (Tilt on Left side of vertical) it indicates reading of 0%. Please note that BTILT only provides binary values. On RCX, configure this sensor as simple light sensor.

This sensor will work with NXT as light sensor attached using converter cables supplied with MINDSTORMS Education NXT set.
How to use on RCX

Use this sensor as a 'Light Sensor' on RCX.
Connect using LEGO wires at the 4 holes on the sensor.

Sensor readings:
ReadingState
50Sensor is level with the Plumb line
0Sensor tilted to left of the Plumb line
100Sensor tilted to right of the Plumb line

Note: BTILT only provides binary values.
