LEGO Energy Meter with PiStorms

  1. I would like to use with PiStorms the Lego Mindstorms energy meter that is provided in this 9688 Lego set:

    Using Lego Mindstorms EV3 intelligent brick is possible to read the energy meter data and  use it with this block:

    We would like to do that with PiStorms. We think that it could be much more interesting using PiStorms here rather than Lego intelligent brick because in principle we can do many more things with the data using the raspberry Pi and the PiStorms. The problem is that we do not know how to read the data with PiStorms since there is no library for that (e.g. in python) available. Could you provide some help?
